It is possible that in recent days you have noticed my absence when it comes to sharing the latest news about the Tomb Raider franchise on my website. My absence is justified due to a deep disappointment with the saga. I tell you the facts below so you can understand it.
In recent days the events related to the presentation to the press of the new Tomb Raider movie in my country, Spain, have been carried out. At these events the actress Alicia Vikander attended with a press conference to the media and exclusive interviews for media, webmasters, influencers and Youtube personalities. I got in touch with both Warner Bros. Pictures and Crystal Dynamics a week ago to get access as an official website of the franchise and be able to cover the event on my website www.tombraidercollection.com and on my social networks. However, access to any webmaster of the official program or to any fan was denied because it was not considered a "professional media". Perhaps this statement would be justified if it were not for other influencers not related to the franchise if they were invited to such events. It pains me to know that in the eyes of the big companies, the work done by the official webmasters of the Tomb Raider community does not turn out to be a "professional work" anymore knowing that we are the ones who have supported the film project from the beginning. I have personally supported the film with great enthusiasm and love, I have fought against many haters to change the opinion in favor of the new film, I have written and absolutely shared all the news related to the film since the project was announced more than 2 years, for that reason I do not understand that my work and the free publicity granted to film production is not considered a relevant enough means to attend a press event. In addition, both in the United States, Brazil and now in Germany has had the presence and support of webmasters inviting them to events, which has not happened in Spain.
I had never been so disappointed with the Tomb Raider franchise, I feel really betrayed and therefore I will stay a few days away from publishing news until I feel more encouraged. The webmasters of the official program of Crystal Dynamics and the fans are the main audience of the film, I can not understand this rudeness towards us and the great work we do for them due to our passion. We are the ones who keep the spirit of the franchise alive and who are really involved with the project. It really saddens me that they can not see the great work that is here ...

Es posible que en los últimos días hayáis notado mi ausencia a la hora de compartir las últimas noticias sobre la franquicia Tomb Raider en mi web. Mi ausencia esta justificada debido a una profunda decepción con la saga. Os cuento los hechos a continuación para que lo entendáis.
En los últimos días se han llevado a cabo los eventos relacionados con la presentación a la prensa de la nueva película de Tomb Raider en mi país, España. A dichos eventos acudió la actriz Alicia Vikander con una rueda de prensa a los medios y entrevistas exclusivas para medios de comunicación, webmasters, influencers y personalidades de Youtube. Me puse en contacto desde una semana antes tanto con Warner Bros. Pictures como con Crystal Dynamics para obtener acceso como medio oficial de la franquicia y poder dar cobertura al evento en mi página web www.tombraidercollection.com y en mis redes sociales. Sin embargo el acceso a cualquier webmaster del programa oficial o a cualquier fan fue denegado por no considerarse un “medio de prensa profesional”. Quizás esta afirmación estaría justificada si no fuera porque otros influencers no relacionados con la franquicia si que fueron invitados a dichos eventos. Me duele saber que a ojos de las grandes compañías el trabajo realizado por los webmasters oficiales de la comunidad de Tomb Raider no resulta ser un “trabajo profesional” más sabiendo que somos nosotros los que hemos apoyado el proyecto cinematográfico desde el comienzo. Personalmente he apoyado con mucha ilusión y cariño a la película, he luchado contra muchos haters para lograr cambiar la opinión en favor de la nueva película, he redactado y compartido absolutamente todas las noticias relacionadas con la película desde que se anunció el proyecto hace más de 2 años, por ello no entiendo que mi trabajo y la publicidad gratuita otorgada a la producción cinematográfica no se considere un medio lo suficientemente relevante como para acudir a un evento de prensa. Además, tanto en Estados Unidos, Brazil como ahora en Alemania se ha contado con la presencia y el apoyo de los webmasters invitándoles a los eventos, cosa que no ha sucedido en España.
Nunca había estado tan decepcionado con la franquicia Tomb Raider, me siento realmente traicionado y por consiguiente me mantendré unos días ausente de publicar noticias hasta que me sienta con más ánimos. Los webmasters del programa oficial de Crystal Dynamics y los fans somos el principal público de la película, no logro entender este desplante hacia nosotros y el gran trabajo que realizamos para ellos debido a nuestra pasión. Somos nosotros los que mantenemos vivo el espíritu de la franquicia y quienes realmente estamos implicados con el proyecto. Me entristece realmente que ellos no logren ver el gran trabajo que hay aquí…
