Casey Lynch Joins Square Enix as Editorial Director

Casey has taken up post as Editorial Director for Square Enix, working out of Crystal Dynamics HQ in Redwood City.

Prior to joining Square Enix, Casey served as Editor-in-Chief of IGN.com, was VP of Publishing at Midnight City (Costume Quest 2, Gone Home, Slender: The Arrival), and Director of Public Relations and Biz Dev at Reverb Communications (Rock Band, Dance Central).

As Editorial Director, Casey provides editorial guidance to the suite of Square Enix franchises throughout development. He delivers internal feedback and recommendations, drawing from his extensive experience playing, promoting, and writing about games.
