Filming of the new Tomb Raider movie will begin this April.
Exciting news about the sequel of the movie Tomb Raider. The Geek Vibes Nation has just confirmed exclusively that the filming of the new Tomb Raider movie will take place from April 2020 with its premiere in theaters scheduled for March 19th, 2021. In addition , as we had already advanced a few weeks ago, filming will take place in England, Finland and Beijing. In addition, South Africa is also added as a filming location (possibly in the country studios) as it happened in the first film. Another of the great news is that the film will be based on "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and also on "Shadow of the Tomb Raider", all in the same movie! They have also confirmed the return of supernatural elements in the story of the film.

Alicia Vikander will return as Lara Croft and Ben Wheatley is taking over for director Roar Uthuag. The film is scheduled to begin production in April and release on March 19th, 2021.
